Here are steps required to delete your account and user data (Step 1 through 5).
※ Note : To process the deletion of your account, you first need to delete ALL of your boards managed by that account.
Step 1: Either on the Colog website or app, go to [Account > Account Settings].
Step 2: On the Account Settings page, scroll down and click/tap the [Delete User] button.
Step 3: Check if your (to be deleted) account is correct and enter your password, then click/tap the [Next] button.
Step 4 (Final): Confirm the deletion of your account and all associated data.
As per instructions, you have 14 days from the time/date of your deletion request to recover your account.
After this period, all data and account information will be permanently deleted and will NOT be stored by the Colog dev team.
