To delete your article/comment:



Step 1: Ensure that you are logged into the correct account that contains the article(s) or comment(s) you wish to delete.



Step 2: Click/tap on the article or comment you want to delete.





Step 3: Click/tap on the [Bin] button located next to the [Edit] button in the top right corner. Then click/tap the [Delete] button to confirm.





Step 4: Your article/comment will be permanently deleted.





To leave a board:
※ Note : leaving a board without deleting your article / threads / comment WON'T automatically delete all your traces. You are required to delete them manually. If you find any trouble deleting them, please contact to [help@colog.us].


Step 1: Click/tap on your username in the board title section, then click/tap the [⋮] button > [Leave] button.





Step 2: Follow the instructions to confirm that you have read and agreed to them before leaving the board. Then click/tap the [Leave] button.

Here are steps required to delete your account and user data (Step 1 through 5).
※ Note : To process the deletion of your account, you first need to delete ALL of your boards managed by that account.



Step 1: Either on the Colog website or app, go to [Account > Account Settings].






Step 2: On the Account Settings page, scroll down and click/tap the [Delete User] button.





Step 3: Check if your (to be deleted) account is correct and enter your password, then click/tap the [Next] button.





Step 4 (Final): Confirm the deletion of your account and all associated data.

As per instructions, you have 14 days from the time/date of your deletion request to recover your account.
After this period, all data and account information will be permanently deleted and will NOT be stored by the Colog dev team.

You can leave us a feedback, idea suggestions, bug reports.. anything associated with Colog service.
· No login required.
· If needed, you can email us to [help@colog.us] to protect your privacy.
· When reporting a bug, attaching a screenshot or video will be helpful.
